My passion has always been to paint and my aim is for my paintings to bring life and hope and joy into the room. If my work lifts your heart or brings a smile on the inside then I have succeeded.
From being very young I wanted to paint and draw , I trained as a Landscape Architect and worked in that design role for 10 years. My love of the landscape and nature is evident in my subject matter.
My style is somewhere between abstraction and figurative - painting the emotion, the heart reaction from a moment in time expressed in the colours the movement of the brush strokes, palette knife and finger painting. I enjoy painting big and bold.
Commissioned works are often a place or memory in a colour palette to compliment the home.
